We are at the forefront of nutritional excellence and innovation across the U.S. Our popular, nationwide, nutritionally oriented daily radio show brings in many customer calls every day. With your nutritional knowledge and well developed sales skills, you will enjoy interacting with customers to support their nutritional needs and concerns. Enjoy assisting customers and new prospects on the phone: briefly educate them about the powerful benefits of nutrition and identify which products from our full range nutritional supplement line may be best for them. Enjoy being part of our dynamic team that promotes the nutritional movement in natural, “quantum-state”, beyond organic nutritional products.
Key Job Elements
- Full time, in-house position (5 days per week; 40 hours/week); this position requires Saturday as a regular work day; it is our largest income-producing day of the week (your work schedule will include one day off during the week; also Sundays off)
- Company training: actively read/study our company product information and nutrition materials in order to get up to speed quickly
- Understand the benefits and product dosage levels for our unique product line
- On-going nutritional training will be provided at weekly nutrition department meetings
- Provide guidance to customers regarding nutritional support and dosage based on body weight and age, in accordance with company protocols
- Friendly, supportive demeanor to help foster relationships with customers to encourage repeat buys and other customer referrals
- Promptly answer incoming calls; help pick up calls in the queue as they arise
- Process customer orders using our software system
- Maintain brief notes to serve as your reminder about each customer’s unique circumstances
- Send regular mail-outs to prospective new customers with follow-up calls
- Check orders to be printed and shipped; process ‘return requests’ in accordance with company policies
- Keep up to date on nutritional ingredients and nutritional benefits of nutritional supplements
- Comply with all applicable procedures and regulations: company policies, GMP, OSHA, federal, state and local regulations
Education Requirements
- College degree or advanced degree a plus
- Previous sales experience a plus

- Must have a genuine interest in healthy lifestyle/nutrition or lifestyle-related field
- Professional, courteous telephone manner
- Able to field several calls simultaneously when needed
- Basic computer skills (MS Office Applications)
- Accurate typing ability
- Able to learn nutritional knowledge to adequately advise customers on key health concerns and product usage
- Accountability to follow through on commitments
- Team player; goes the extra mile when needed
- No cold calling
- Must speak/read English
