Castor Oil, Quantum

• Use 2-3 times per week, 30-60minutes per session, for 3-6 weeks or longer
• Skip a day between sessions rather than using on consecutive days
• New to castor oil packs? Start with 15-30 minutes every day and build from there
• Each pack is single-use-discard after your session

• Quantum cotton flannel or other cotton flannel (cut into 6" x 8" pieces)
• Castor oil (about 1 tablespoon)
• A plastic sheet or garbage bag
• A heating pad (dry heat only)
• A bath towel

1. Cut your Quantum Cotton Flannel. Cut into two sheets, roughly 6" x 8". These will be your pack layers
2. Prep your plastic sheet. Cut a plastic sheet slightly larger than your flannel. This protects your heating pad from oil.
   Tip: avoid printed plastic grocery bags-the ink can dissolve in castor oil.
3. Saturate with castor oil. Lay your flannel on top of the plastic sheet and apply 1 tablespoon of castor oil. The cloth should feel well-saturated but not dripping. Place the flannel side directly on you skin, with the plastic sheet facing up.
4. Apply gentle heat. Place your heating pad over the plastic sheet on a low or medium setting. Relax for 30-60 minutes. A bath towel laid over the top helps hold in warmth.
5. Support your body after. After your session, take 1/2 tsp of Fermented Gallbladder-PG^TM in 1/4 cup of water. This helps gently support the body as it clears what the pack have released*.
6. Cleanse the skin. Wipe the area with a warm washcloth and a small amount of soap to clear any residue.
