Recommended Usage

How to Use

For Skin & Hair:

Gently cleanse skin, then massage a few drops of Castor Oil into the desired skin area once or twice daily. For soft hair, add a few drops to your favorite shampoo before washing.

For Castor Oil Packs:

Apply 1 tablespoon of Castor Oil on 2 layers of cotton flannel, then apply to the desired body area up to 30 minutes. Discard pack after use. May be repeated several times per week.

Quantum Cotton Flannel, cut to size to match the body part (small pieces for the neck or wrist; larger pieces for the abdomen or kidneys).
Castor oil (about 1 tablespoon)
A plastic sheet or garbage bag
A heating pad (dry heat only)
A bath towel

Use 2-3 times per week, 30-60minutes per session, for 3-6 weeks or longer
