Here are some of our favorite employee recipes:

Stellar Salad Dressing

1 cup of your favorite herb (cilantro or parsley are our favorites!), roughly chopped

½ clove fresh garlic

¼ cup finely chopped onion

1 Tbsp. - Dijon mustard

Tbsp. - Quantum Nutritional Flakes

¼ Avocado or 2 Tbsp. Quantum Coconut Oil

3 Tbsp. Organic apple cider vinegar

¼ - 1/3 cup – purified water

¼ tsp fresh ground black or white pepper

Volcanic Pink Salt to taste

Add all ingredients except fresh herbs to a blender and blend until smooth. Add herbs and blend until desired consistency is reached. To make dressing thicker, add more avocado or Quantum Nutritional Flakes. Additional water can be used to thin the dressing.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. To reduce stickiness, roll in additional coconut sugar crystals. Form into small balls and serve

Cold-Busting Winter Elixir

small lemon

3 Tbsp. - Quantum Canadian Honey

Peel and roughly chop ginger. Slice lemon, leaving the peel on. Place ginger and lemon into small, sealable container and cover with honey. Add a small amount to tea or warm water or eat by the spoonful to keep winter stresses at bay. Keep refrigerated.

½ tsp. ground turmeric

¼ -½ tsp. ground cinnamon

Pinch of Volcanic Pink Salt

1 pinch - ground black pepper

Sweetener of choice (i.e. organic maple syrup, organic coconut sugar, or stevia to taste)

To a small saucepan, add coconut milk or almond milk, ground turmeric, cinnamon, Quantum Coconut Oil, black pepper, sweetener of choice, and Volcanic Pink SaltWhisk to combine and warm over medium heat. Heat until hot to the touch, but not boiling – about 4 minutes – whisking frequently.

Turn off heat and taste to adjust flavor. Add more sweetener to taste or more turmeric for intense flavor. Serve immediately, dividing between two glasses. Best when fresh, though leftovers can be stored covered in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat on the stovetop until hot.
