Two Teaspoons Provide:
- Magnesium (as Magnesium Lactate)400 mg
Other Ingredients: Natural Flavors (no MSG), Fructooligosaccharides, Stevia Extract

Mix two teaspoons in water or juice and stir well. This powder dissolves best in warm water. In cold water, it may not dissolve completely. Take one serving daily.

- Update on My Previous Review
It's almost been a full 2 years now (wow, time flies) and I still take my Magnesium Every Day. I guess I neglected to tell in my original review what my great results have been. We'll; I had Severe Pain in my Knees every day and could not sleep without taking Perscription Pain Pills each night..the pain was horrific! I have I/C and many days I would have severe abdoninal pain but even worse the cervical stenosis in my neck caused unbearable pain in my neck.
Gone, gone and gone AND IT DID'NT TAKE LONG!!! None of my many doctors ever suggested I might have nutritional deficencies (I want to fire them all). I was obviously very deficient in Magnesium. I thank God for Bob Marshall and all his knowledge that he shared with me. He is my nutritional hero.
I mix my Coral Calcium and my Magnesium in Warm Water and add a few drops of Limonene.

This product took my Severe Knee and Neck Pain Away and it only took 2 weeks back in Jan of 2016. Now a year later I rarely go a day without it knowing how good it is for my body. Many benefits with this product but Not having to take Perscription Pain Med's every day anymore is such the biggest blesssing.
